Position Open:  Executive Director of Guadalupe-Blanco River Trust (Trust), an accredited 501(c)(3) land and water trust (www.gbrtrust.org).

The Guadalupe-Blanco River Trust Executive Director works closely with the Trust Board, and the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority. Position is responsible for implementing and managing a multi-faceted development program of land and water conservation projects including: finances; fundraising; administration; marketing, project development, implementation and monitoring; conservation easements; establishing landowner contacts; developing project partners; education and outreach; and board development.

Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in related field; advanced degree desired, but not required. Five years experience with a land trust. Experience with an accredited land trust and leadership experience desired, but not required. Must relocate within 60 miles of Seguin, which includes Austin and San Antonio. 

Salary $65,000 to $85,000 dependent upon qualifications, plus competitive benefits.
